The company is conducting a long-term real estate development on a 35-hectare built-up area in the town of Nagybajom, Somogy country, in Hungary's Southern Transdanubia region. The objective is the construction of a brand-new 76-room, 4-star hotel, the redevelopment and modernization of the existing spa centre and the multifunctional tourism development of the surrounding site.

Real estate development plan:

Stage I. ( 2.2 hectare area)

  • construction of a 4-star, child-friendly family hotel, reconstraction of the spa - planned completion date 2010-2011
  • drilling 3 new wells ( thermal, drinking water, horticultural ), construction of sewage treatment facilities - planned completion date 2010-2011

Stage II ( 3 hectare area )

  • formation of a new first class campsite - planned completion date 2012

The remaining site can be developed at a later date depending on market demand.
